Szynkarczuk is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (diplome received in 2004 in the studio of Prof. J. Nowakowski) and specializes in fine painting in the style of the Old Masters. He lives and works in Skawina near Kraków.

My paintings are created in silence. I completely disconnect and immerse myself in thought. My mind then drifts somewhere between reality and memory, between consciousness and the subconscious. I engage all of my imagination, experiences, and memory just to draw a few lines – because sometimes that’s all it takes for a concept to emerge.
